Skyline Lake Snowshoe

Took some of the fam up for a classic snowy jaunt through the woods to Skyline Lake. This is one of my favorite intro to snowshoeing hikes since its short, close to the city, (relatively) has low avalanche danger, and great views right way.

Family Thanksgiving

So much fun having lots of family in town for a Seattle Thanksgiving at our place!

Mt. Rainier, WA

First turns of the season today, we headed up to our favorite tour spot around Panorama point on Mt. Rainier. Snow was a little heavy, but spots up higher were almost powder-ish. Super fun to get out when no one else was out there.

Discovery Park, WA

Seattle winter was really setting in at Discovery Park this weekend... cold, rain, wind, and lots of snowberries.

Watching animated movies and reading more manga lately inspired a sketching day today :)

Foggy day

Felt like I was living inside a cloud the other day... Fall can be rainy and cold, but it's also when magical things like this happen :)
